Poster: Original Images

This photo is good although the lighting and colouring would have needed to be edited in post production as the right of his face is too bright. The mise-en-scene in the background was also not very good.
This photo was too overexposed and the lens flare ruins it, I like the idea of the photo though as it shows the main character in the setting of the trailer and it shows how big and daunting the house really is to him.
This photo was okay but wasn't exactly in focus and is kind of blurry, the lighting also isn't very good and the mise-en-scene wouldn't work as there are flowers which connote femininity and cleanliness which aren't connotations we would like of our film.
I really like this photo and used it for my poster. I did however have to crop the lamp and stuff in the background out of the photo as they don't fit in well but the way the character is posing and how you can see the props we used in the film works well, it also hints at the storyline.
The lighting in this photo isn't very good and I don't think he is posing as well as I would have liked.
This last photo was close to being the one I used in the trailer as I think it is quite good and copies the pose that many thriller films have on their posters. The lighting is good and it is in focus.
